Returns for most reasons are typically not accepted. We may make exceptions on a case by case basis so it never hurts to ask. If we do accept a return shipping may not be refunded depending on the reason for the return. We stand behind our products so if there is a problem we will always work to make it right if it is reported within a reasonable period of time. The most common problem is a damaged item due to shipping and a less common problem might be a console recently purchased that may experience a problem that it had not experienced before it was sent out. In the case of an oversight on our part we will usually pay the extra shipping charges.
